Observation

There was a lead staff (Alva Ijaya) who has been employed for longer than 3 months who did not complete required trainings, inlcuding School Age Basics, who could potentially work in an unsupervised capacity with children. There was a lead staff (Alva Ijaya) who did not have a current food handler permit. There were staff ( Garrett Hughes, Alva Ijaya, Audrey Sledge) who work with children who did not complete training in blood and body fluids exposure prevention.
